All Booths Include:

  • An 8x10 space
  • Two chairs
  • A garbage can
  • Your photo/logo, bio, and website link featured on our website
  • Your photo/logo and bio featured in our newsletter
  • Your photo/logo and bio featured on our social medias
  • Your name listed in our event program

FAQ's:

1. Can I share a booth space with my friend?
Yes, booths spaces can be shared by two vendors. Both vendors will need to fill out the Application Form and be approved.

2. I'm an author, can I sell both books and crafts/merchandise at my table?
Yes, we just require that 50-75% of your crafts/merchandise items are book- and/or coffee-related.

Booth Cancellation Policy:  Cancel before August 17th, 2026, for a 50% refund.

Single Booth - A

An 8x10 space. YOU provide a 6 or 8 ft. table with floor-length black tablecloth or skirt (required.) Two chairs are provided. Small floor stands are also allowed.

An 8x10 space. WE provide an 8 ft. table with floor-length black tablecloth or skirt. Two chairs will be provided for you. Small floor stands are also allowed.

Corner Booths

An 8x10 space. YOU provide two 6 or 8 ft. tables with floor-length black tablecloths or skirts (required.) Two chairs provided. Small floor stands also allowed.
